This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in a local alleyway, which we absolutely loved. It gave us a true taste of the city's authentic charm. Not to mention, the location is superb, with two subway lines just a 5-7 minute walk away, making it extremely convenient to explore the center of the city. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were cozy and had a cute little mezzanine bedroom, with a very comfortable bed and all necessary accessories provided. The attention to detail was impressive, and we appreciated the basic amenities available.

All in all, everything was just fine.

The hotel had a beautiful design and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us during our stay. the location was also very convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the metro station. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The shower in our room was difficult to control, with the water temperature fluctuating between too hot and too cold. Additionally, our room was located close to the breakfast area and front yard, which made it extremely noisy.

Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast, with a variety of options made to order. the hotel provides fluffy towels, bottled water, toothbrushes, and slippers, adding to the overall comfort of the rooms.

Some guests have mentioned that there is an additional charge for extra coffee beyond the one cup included in the price.

Fantastic staff went above and beyond to help us find alternative accommodation when we had to move due to traffic control. They even called and arranged everything for us. The hotel location is perfect for exploring the city center and nearby attractions. The small size allowed us to interact with friendly locals and immerse ourselves in the culture. The rooms were clean and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the limited breakfast options and the construction noise, we highly recommend 161 Wangfujing Courtyard for its excellent service and strategic location. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great central location in a hutong area, easy access from Dongsi subway station. Basic, clean room with all amenities provided. Friendly and helpful staff, especially a young boy with glasses who arranged a car for us. Delicious breakfast. Close to cheap food places.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance of the subway station and close to many tourist attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were exceptional and provided us with excellent service throughout our stay. They spoke English fluently, which made communication easy for us. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable amenities.
